Since 1 December 2025, the State Civil Aviation Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic (SCAA) has been hosting a specialized ICAO training course, “ICAO Government Safety Inspector – Operations: Air Operator Certification (GSI OPS EN),” designed for SCAA personnel.
The course is delivered by an ICAO instructor from the ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS network, with organizational support from the College of Aviation and Technology (Kuwait), a member of the ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS Programme.
Participants include the SCAA’s leading flight safety inspectors. The training aims to strengthen their technical expertise in flight operations and air operator certification, while also enhancing practical skills in State oversight of aircraft operators.
