To enhance the transparency and quality of public services in Kyrgyzstan, a new digital Feedback platform has been introduced. QR codes for feedback have been installed at the State Civil Aviation Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The QR codes are placed at the building’s entrance and inside the building. They allow visitors to leave feedback on the Agency’s activities.
The purpose of this implementation is to ensure openness and transparency in operations, as well as to create conditions for promptly receiving suggestions and comments.
All incoming feedback will be reviewed and taken into account for further improvement of the Agency’s activities.
