From April 13 to 15, 2026, inspectors of the State Civil Aviation Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic participated in a specialized training course under the EASA Air Operations for Helicopters program, held at the JAA TO training center in the Netherlands.
The course is aimed at deepening knowledge of international standards and requirements of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), as well as developing practical skills in the oversight of helicopter operations. As part of the training, participants examine current issues related to flight safety, the implementation of best regulatory practices, and the improvement of the effectiveness of inspection activities.
Participation in such international training programs plays a key role in enhancing the qualifications of specialists, strengthening institutional capacity, and harmonizing the national civil aviation system with international standards, including ICAO recommendations.
Continuous training, exchange of experience with international colleagues, and the implementation of best global practices are an integral part of our professional activities. This contributes to the further development of the civil aviation sector of the Kyrgyz Republic, enhances the level of flight safety, and strengthens trust within the international aviation community.
