Director provides overall leadership of the Agency and bears personal responsibility for fulfilling the tasks assigned to the authority. He determines the priority directions for the development of civil aviation, signs regulatory acts and orders, and approves the organizational structure of the Agency. Director makes decisions on personnel and financial policy, and coordinates activities to ensure flight safety at the state level.
