The State Civil Aviation Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic held a meeting with representatives of JSC “Airports of Kyrgyzstan,” SE “Kyrgyzaeronavigatsia,” and domestic airlines.
During the event, participants were informed about the main changes and new provisions of the Air Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which came into effect on October 1, 2025.
The discussion centered on developing a unified approach to implementing the updated regulations governing state oversight, certification, safety standards, and the use of uncrewed aerial vehicles.
Special attention was given to improving cooperation among aviation organizations and ensuring legal clarity in the activities of airlines, airports, and air navigation services.
The reforms aim to align national legislation with international ICAO standards and to strengthen the development of civil aviation in the Kyrgyz Republic.
