The State Civil Aviation Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, within the scope of its competence, represents the Kyrgyz Republic, signs on behalf of the Kyrgyz Republic, and/or participates in the conclusion of international agreements in the field of civil aviation between the Kyrgyz Republic and other states or international organizations, within its authority and in accordance with the powers granted for this purpose.
Within the scope of its activities, the State Civil Aviation Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic cooperates with international civil aviation organizations, as well as with the civil aviation authorities of foreign states on matters related to flight safety and aviation security, training of civil aviation personnel, and other aspects of civil aviation.
